➤ Male (18+) characters only. I do not accept NSFW commissions of female characters.
➤ Takes more time than usual. Will still be within the Turn-around Time, but will take longer.
➤ Showing NSFW images for reference purposes is fine.🖌️ About fetishes/kinks:
➤ Please inform/discuss the fetishes you want me to draw before commissioning as I might be uncomfortable with some ideas.
➤ I'm willing to draw outside my comfort zone with extra fees unless it's way too far beyond my comfort.

🖌️ WORKFLOW AND DELIVERY

🔹 Send a messege on one of my listed contacts in a kind manner if intrested.
🔹 Client must state that they want to buy the artist's commission from the get go.
🔹 Client need to provide the references material in clear and complete manner, or else i will contact you futhermore in the DM.
🔹 I will refuse executing the request if there any attemp to duplicate and/or plagiarize any existing works, visual composition, and design of other person(s).
🔹 Slots are counted per person/client. Clients are allowed to order a certain amount of illustration on the same time if its bearable within the works time
🔹 A commission slot is only booked and work will only begin once all required reference materials are provided and I have officially confirmed the project.
🔹 Unless specified, artwork size is around 2480px 300dpi by default and delivered via Google Drive Link

📝 REVISIONS AND DEADLINES:

🔹 All type of commissions have relaxed dealines.
🔹 I'm not very fast at drawing, A piece takes around 3 weeks for SFW and more for NSFW after sketch approval. It's possible that i require more time depending on the difficulty or amount of details in the artwork. I will always try to keep the client updated, please don't hesitate to ask for progress updates.
🔹 Client may offer a hard deadline with a rush fee of 50% of the final proposed pricing if the client wish to have the piece finished before a certain date (for birthdays, video thumbnails, etc).
🔹 Revisions during sketch phase is not limited. But I would appriciate it if you can point out all the parts you want to revise in one messege rather than mentioning it one by one.
🔹 Only minor revisions after the artwork is finished.

💸 PAYMENT AND REFUNDS:

🔹 Payment via Paypal, Bank Transfer (BCA) and Go-Pay only.
🔹 For PayPal, i will send an invoice to your Paypal. No other method.
🔹 Payment is 100% Upfront or 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval. (Subject to change, depends on the situation).
🔹 No refunds unless a mistake is made on my side/i can't finish the piece.
🔹 Client is eligible to ask for a refund if i fail to finish the piece after 2 months since the commission started.

📂 INTELECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

🔹 Personal use only, commercial use cost double the final price. Please discuss this first with me.
🔹 Artist retain the rights of copy, ownership and redistribution of the WIP and the final artwork for display and portfolio use
🔹 Client may direct the artist's right to redistribute for a non-disclosure agreement until a certain date.
🔹 Extra fee of 50% applies if you want the commission to be private
🔹 Client of the Personal Use will receive the rights of copy, ownership, and redistribution of the final works for display in any platform with no direct monetization and/or sales. Credits are not necessary but are highly appriciated.
🔹 Client of the Commercial Use will receive the rights that might different in various circumstances, so it will better to be discussed upon to achieve the certain agreement.
🚫 My services are prohibited for AI training, NFT uses, and secondary distribution/art broker!
